How to Play

Play Rummi online for free Rummi is a tile-matching solitaire game where you and your opponent players must lay down sets of tiles. All the tiles you discard must form valid groups of 3 or more. Each valid set must either have numbers of the same suit in order or unique suits of the same number. Rearrange as many tile sets as you want as long as all resulting rows are valid. Be the first to discard all your tiles to win. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

Select Play on the welcome screen to begin.
Select Help to learn how to play.
Select High Scores if you want to see the current best scores saved on your browser.
- You are given the option to save your game progress via your browser each time you finish a game.
- Choose a game language from the drop-down list on the bottom left corner:

      - With your mouse:
        Left click and drag your tiles to move your tiles.
        Left click on the buttons on the right to perform an action.

        With your fingers.
        Tap and swipe anywhere on the screen to move your tiles.
        Tap on the buttons to the left to perform an action.
        Controls & indicators
        The score timer is located on the top right corner of the screen.
        The right side of the screen has the following controls:
        Draw button: Takes a tile from the stack and ends your turn
        Meld button: Groups together all tiles and ends your turn
        Check button: Examines which of the sets you made are valid
        Undo button: Removes all your moves on the field
        Two buttons to arrange the tiles:
        According to suite
        According to number
        The tiles you have on hand are shown on the bottom row of the screen.
        Game Play
        Objective
        Move all of the tiles in your table in sets comprising runs and groups.
        To deploy tiles in the opening game, the value of 3 tiles in a set must equal 21.
        Any tiles can form or be added to sets afterward.
        Sets can come in runs or groups.
        A run comprises 3 or more tiles of the same suit arranged according to their number value
        A group is composed of 3 or 4 same-value tiles in different colors.
        Be the first to discard all your tiles to win.
        Playing cards
        You start with 14 tiles.
        Drawing any tile uses up a turn.
        You have two options when discarding:
        Meld your tiles to an existing set
        Build a new set from scratch
        At the start, you must have several sets whose value equals or surpasses 21 to meld.
        If not, keep drawing until you or your opponent form a valid opening set.
        One a player has an opening set, you are free to append tiles to the new sets.
        After that, you can meld tiles to any valid set on the field.
        You may also rearrange any set on the field (a process called “Shanghaing“), as long as the resulting field of numbers forms a valid run or group.
        Joker tiles
        Joker tiles can stand in for any number.
        You can only put the joker on the
        Scoring
        Your score is dependent on how fast you beat your opponent.
        The longer the turns it takes, the lower your final score.
        You lose one point every second of game time.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for people of all ages who like rummy card games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
