              • Words
                • Valid words must be at least 3 characters long.
                  • Most puzzles only contain a core word which is a required part of the puzzle once, though I did see owl twice in one puzzle.
                  • Most words are 3 to 5 letters and are rarely longer than 7 letters.
                    • Many words in the puzzles are related to the associated series & some words are regularly repeated across puzzles.
                      • The Big City Greens has words like green, farms and farmer.
                      • The Descendants 3 has many words like orb.
                      • The Owl House has many words like owl or hoot.
                      • Some words are common across titles like hew.
                      • You can use letters to make bonus words as long as the letter backgrounds are still white.
                        • The same letters can be used to spell portions of far, arm, arms, farm and farms.
                          • Similarly there is arm, farm, and farmer.
                          • If you see the word card you can also spell car. Trap and part are the same but backward, etc.
                          • Map and Pam use the same tiles. Rap and par are similar. In some cases if one of those sorts of words is a bonus word you might spell the main word by reversing the spelling order.
                          • If words are in a square formation tire and rite can be in the same square.
                          • If you are having trouble completing a puzzle the remaining word may be a combination of two words, like: man + hood = manhood.
                          • You score 5 points for each letter in each word you spell.
                            • Your gem earnings apply across the various levels and titles.
                            • Repeat words & errors
                              • You are not penalized for making errors.
                              • If you repeatedly spell the same word (even using different tiles) you are only credited for any particular word once.
                              • When a letter has been used as part of one of the core puzzle words the background color on it will change.
                                • After the background color has changed that tile can no longer be used to help spell any other word.
                                • Letters which spell out a word can be in any direction or combination of directions. For example, a word might be spelled:
                                  • as a straight vertical or horizontal line
                                  • like an L (or an L turned in any direction)
                                  • clockwise or counterclockwise
                                  • using a random shape like up twice, right once, then down once
                                  • the only thing is each letter needs to be adjacent to a prior letter in the word (you can’t jump squares or use diagonal moves)
                                  • Completing puzzles & levels
                                    • Each game has multiple levels in it.
                                    • After you finish 10 puzzles in a particular series that completes a level and allows you to click where the letters were to reveal what is behind it along with a slogan phrase, then you can play the next level.
                                      • Stuck?
                                        • Levels are not timed so you can’t actually die in this game, but it is easy to get stuck.
                                        • If you get stuck there are multiple options to help figure out the puzzle.
                                          • Work on a different part of the puzzle: If one part of the puzzle is hard then simply start working in another area and work the puzzle down to fewer pieces through a process of elimination.
                                          • Piece strategies:
                                            • Combine or break words: If two short words do not work try to combine them. If a long word does not work try to break it into two smaller works.
                                            • Start from an edge: If a letter only had one remaining adjacent piece to it then those two letters are part of a common word.
                                            • Leave at least 3 pieces: If a word you are trying to spell leaves less than 3 remaining white pieces on the board in an area that means it is not the correct word as all valid moves require at least 3 letters.
                                            • Rotate the puzzle: In the lower right corner there is a button to rotate the puzzle clockwise 90 degrees. You can use it an unlimited number of times and using it does not cost you any points.
                                            • Paid clues: There are three types of clues you can pay for using the in-game gems you earn from spelling words.
                                              • Reveal: Reveals the first and last letter of a word (though not the letters in between) for 100.
                                              • Combo: Score a 10x multiple on your score for 10 seconds for 400. You have to be able to spell at least 9 letters worth of words for this to make you more than the 400 it costs. Try to find & memorize where multiple words are before activating this game mode.
                                              • Stroke of genius: Outline an entire word for 600. This type of clue gives you much less bang for your buck than the reveal option does.
                                              • Target Audience
                                                • People who love word puzzle games and fans of any of the associated Disney shows should like this game.
                                                  • The show-themed words should appeal to fans of the associated Disney shows.
                                                  • Offering 3 difficulty levels means just about anyone should be able to play this game.
                                                  • There are no adult themes in this game.
